Highligths of the Dialogue & Commitments


* ON INFRASTRUCTURES
1. Farm to Market Road by Tiboy
- Mayor: There's an ongoing 8M worth of project for the farm to market road. Need to find funding and create a resolution for this project at the mentioned area.
2. "Patubig" by Tony
- Mayor: There's an on-going 5M worth of this project in Lumoyon where Congressman Chiongbian has allocated P600,000 worth of infra. For the area, we need to survey and seek funds... have to submit a municipal comprehensive plan for this project.

3. "Irrigation for the basakan in Datu Dani" by Rev. Pastor Roy
- Mayor: Seek funds.
- Mr. Young: Magpakabana sa pag presentar sang Barangay Development Plans... the Mayor informed that there are two barangay assemblies each year that these concerns can be actively raised.

* ON PHILHEALTH
1. Philhealth ID by Ms. Linda
- Mayor: 50% availment for the Peace & health Volunters. Another Philhealth benefits for the indigents (check at barangay health centers or with the brgy captains)

* FISHING
1. Tabang sa Gobyerno for 75 members of Fisherfolk Association by Ms. Linda
- Mayor: Contact Ms Luz Go (Administrative Officer) or Ms. Romero of PESO for detail discussions of the concern... possible registration of the association to DOLE
2. Panlubid sa Payaw of the small fisherman vs Palaran from big companies & group
not based in Sarangani by Mr Baldo
- Mayor: Patrol boat will soon be securing the payaw for small fishermen in Kiamba and Sarangans.

* ELECTRICITY
1. Mr. Hamsa asked help from the Mayor for the 28 applicants to switch on the power line of electricity since the line and electrical installations were already finished.
- Mayor: Will talk to Director Pimentel.

* UPLAND TECHNOLOGY
1. Share upland technology by Brgy Captain Lacoy
- Fr. Greto Bugas: Scedule a date to conduct ocular inspection to the area, study climate before the technology will be applied.

* SCHOOL
1. Any assistance directly to the children? by Principal Oliganga such as sanitation, water systems, infra, etc.
- Mr. Young: There are already assisatnce program from Unicef for the feeding
- Habitat: pass a PDA resolution to DepEd... DepEdp will submit to Petron...
implementation will be done by Habitat for Humanity
- Mr. Young: You can also address the concern to Condrado Alcantara Foundation Inc
(CAFI)

* PNP SERVICES
1. Brgy Coastal Area raised the concern of the PNP to have a Police car by Capt Lacoy. There were instances that PNP services were called up but the delivery were late because of the lack of vehicle.
- Mayor: We are now waiting for the delivery of the Patrol car from Camp Crame.

* ISLAM WORSHIP DAY ON FRIDAY
1. Possibility of re-scheduling of activities that fall on Fridays since this is the day of worship by Muslim... by Ms. Meriam
- it was noted

* ON YOUTH
1. Anything for the youth to become more productive? by Mr. Abas
- Mayor: Upgraded the educational system... might help for passing the scholarship exams, take advantage of educational systems of MSU for cheaper tuition where IP's have special programs, need to help ourserves and follow our parents.
... on April 15-May 15 - volunteer to teach a non-reader for grade 3... a Kiambahihan Spirit.
- Mr Young: March 19 - Paaral Sarangan Scholarship Exam at Kling National HS... Check PESO for summer jobs... Tap budget for youth of SK from barangay, municipal and provincial levels

* LIVELIHOOD PROJECTS
1. Help invest on tools and machines for the bamboo craft furnitures by Joseph Toledo... Joseph will help train people in Kiamba for making the furniture using bamboos.
2. Possible help for the "banig" making.


IMMEDIATE COMMITMENT FOR THE COMMUNITY:
1. Help construct/repair/renovate Kamasig Day Care Center
by Kalinaw Sarangani Unit with the Peace Network - KKC... with the Habitat for Humanity
2. Fencing of Datu Dani School
A resolution was already made to be endorsed to the Provincial Governor's office.
